THE WORD IS OUT ABOUT YOUR SCAM: Nobody is going to fall for those scams where they get bogus "certified" checks by buyers offering a lot more than what the seller's car is really worth! The banks, the federal authorities, and our members are aware of your schemes. GO AWAY CRIMINALS!
SELLERS: Be wary of "buyers" offering you a lot more than what your car or part is really worth. If you receive a certified check from a buyer, especially an international buyer, be sure you have your bank verify and double-verify its accuracy before you ship your car or part to the buyer. I even had three of these scammers offer me money for an old TR6 engine that I was giving away and had clearly marked as FREE in the ad on this page.

This vehicle is loaded with new parts. I purchased 4 years ago when it read about 85,000 miles and it now has 86,512 mi. It is garaged kept and has been for at least the last 20 years or so. Car runs very well. It is a 2.0 L 4cyl. w/ Dual Weber Carb’s and 5-speed manual trans. Clutch is fine. There is no rot and floor boards are solid. Frame and everything underneath is solid. I have replaced or had a shop replace or completed the following items.
MGB For Sale, 500.00 OBO. Bought from original owner in 2002 to restore. Got married, had kid, you know the rest.............no time, no money. For Sale As-Is. Have few brake parts I will throw in. Original owner parked it in her carport in 1990 and there it sat till I bought it in 2002. I did get the motor to run in 2002 but have not tried since. Body is restorable with some surface rust. There is the "common" split in the sheet metal on the pass. side by the side mirror. The interior and top are in need of total restoration.

64 Spitfire 4. No rust. Engine runs well but will need some tuning. I have put in a new transmission, new differential, new interior, new paint, new brakes and new shocks. British Racing Green w/ tan interior. I have all the chrome trim and interior, it just needs to be installed. I'm asking $3500 for the car.
