PBCA 2010 BRITISH CAR EVENTS

These dates are for your British Car activities planning. Details will be published in the "British Marque", sent by email and US Postal and will be on this webpage. PBCA is very active. Year 2004 had 10 meetings and 22 LOCAL CLUB EVENTS (13 IN FL, 8 IN AL) through the year. PBCA Club Events are all on the calendar list below. Other events and shows will be announced as we find out about them. Let us know if you know of others.

PBCA REGULAR MEETINGS ARE THE THIRD MONDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 6:00 PM DINNER, 7:00 PM MEETING AT Sonny's Bar-B-Que on Navy Blvd. at US 98. EXCEPTIONS ARE:JULY AND DECEMBER MEETINGS ARE AT THE MONTH'S CLUB EVENT.

August 13th Friday Evening- PBCA at the Races, Five Flags Speedway with Dinner first at Happy China Restaurant. Tom needs to know by Wednesday 8/11 evening if you plan to make this event so he can get the tickets at a special price on Thursday and arrange for them to announce the cars and drivers as we make a lap of the track before the races in our LBCs. The British cars will have special parking for display after the lap on the track. If you don't let Tom know if you are going to attend, you can still participate, but will have to buy your full price ticket ($15.00/person) at the track. You can participate in the event without a British car but only British cars will do the lap around the track and have special parking.

August 16 - Monday Evening - 6pm dinner/7pm meeting - Regular Monthly Meeting - Sonny's Bar-B-Que on Navy Blvd.

August 28 - Saturday Evening -7 pm - SABCC "Night at the Movies", Richard and Donna Cunningham's GarageMahal Daphne, AL. Bring chairs. There will be popcorn and drinks. Details and directions to follow. We had a great turnout for this last year.
Movie starts at 7:30 pm but there will be some short subjects preceding that so you should plan on getting there between 6:30 to 7:00. It would be helpful, but not mandatory, if you could lets us know if you plan to attend. Free candy, popcorn, and soft drinks. Bring Chairs.
Directions from Pensacola: Take I-10 to Malbis, Hwy 181, exit. Go South on 181 to Hwy 64, turn right (west) and go to Friendship Road, turn left (south) and go to first driveway on the left. Turn left onto Richard's driveway. The driveway will be marked with signs. If you take Hwy 98 or Hwy 90, go to Hwy 59 in Baldwin County, head north to Loxley, turn left on Hwy 64 and proceed as above.
