
New Orleans, March 29 - Four PBCA cars and six members were in New Orleans for the annual New Orleans British Car Day and all four cars brought home awards. They were:

Panhandle Cruisers’ National Show, March 29 – I entered my Triumph TR-8 in the Panhandle Cruisers’ National Show at the Pensacola Fairgrounds. About 180 cars were on hand. My Triumph TR-8 won First in Class ahead of several BMWs, Porsches, Miatas; a Lancia Zagato-GT., and an Alfa Romeo Giulietta.

Strawberry Festival Show, April 12 - Panhandle Cruisers hosted the 21st Annual Strawberry Festival Show in Loxley, Alabama. The Panhandle Cruisers now feature British classes with unlimited class splits if enough British cars enter – the first time this has been done at any Open show. Lets support them! Other all-car show promoters should take notice!. (See photos in Club Events, www.PanhandleCruisers.org)
